This is a 17,000 square foot home complete with a large carriage house, shop, underground storage facility, conservatory and a 4000 square foot quest house. Cedar Creek
This project consisted of 82 units on Burke Mountain. The concrete forming began on December 2010 and was completed April 2011. |

Kensal Walk
In November 2009 we began phase 1 which consisted of 48 units. We did both the forming and the framing and complete it in March of 2010 We began Phase 2 in April 2010 and completed it in August 2010. Phase 3 was completed Spring 2011. This site consists on 108 total units. |

Nakoma Club
We began this beautiful 15000 square foot club house at the Windsor Gate site in July 2010. We completed both the concrete formwork and the framing for this fine project. |

Red Maple Park – Phase 1
We began this project consisting of a 51 unit and Amenity building, in late summer of 2010 and completed it just before Christmas 2010. We did both the forming and framing. |

Kaleden – 185 Unit Project
We completed Phase 2 in March 2009 – 59 units, which we
started in October 2008. We also completed Phase 3 and 4 in
April of 2010. |

Cathedral Grove
We completed Phase 1, 3, and 4 of Cathedral Grove in South
Surrey. We completed these phases in May of 2010. |

Delta
- 57 unit townhouse project in Delta. Highpoint will be doing both the forming and framing of this project. we began construction of Phase 1 in late August 2008 and completed the project in February 2009. |

Cloverdale
- 60 unit apartment building complete with underground parkade in Cloverdale. This project we began in January 2008 and completed the project in November 2008. Highpoint did both the forming and framing on this project. |

Cathedral Grove
- Cathedral Grove is the 1st phase of a 145 unit town home site complete with large amenity building in South Surrey. We began this project in Nov.07 and will be complete in the spring of 08. We are doing both the concrete forming and the framing on this project. This phase contains 40 units. |

Kaleden
- Kaleden is the 1st phase of 186 unit site in South Surrey. We will be doing all the concrete forming and framing on this first 57 unit phase. We began this project in Nov.07 and anticipate completion in the spring of 08. |

Phases 2 and 3 of Pepperwood and Arborel - We are happy to be continuing this project in Langley for Polygon. We did the first phase of Pepperwood (forming and framing) and the forming only for Arborel. In phases 2 and 3 of both of these projects we will be doing both the forming and the framing. We started phase 2 of Pepperwood in Feb 06 and are beginning Arborel in April. We anticipate being on these two projects for the rest of 2007. |

Large custom home in South Surrey - - We are pleased to be involved with this unique project by Omer Arbel, (Architect). Many of the walls are between 10 and 16 feet high and are being tilted at 15 degree angles. They are then insulated and another interior wall is poured against them like a sandwich. Highpoint is also preparing and installing all of the reclaimed wood beams. This will be another very special home when it is completed. |

93 unit townhouse site in Langley - We are doing both the formwork and framing of this project. We started in late November and should complete by mid summer. This is our first project for Marcon Construction and we are happy to be associated with them. |

124 Unit townhome site in Surrey (19 images) - We began this site early in this new year and expect to complete it by late summer. We have our pre-fab factory set up for the framing and are also doing the form work. |
 | Yorkson Townhomes in Langley. Highpoint is doing the Forming and Framing of the Pepperwood site as well as the forming only on the Arborel site. We began the site in mid May and will complete the first phases of both projects by the end of November. We anticipate starting the second Phases early in the new year. There are 58 units and large Amenity building in Pepperwood as well as 36 units in Arborel in this first phase. |

Balmoral is a 28 unit townhouse site that we are doing for Opal Developments.
We are doing the framing only on this site. We started in Feb of 2006 and hope to complete it by the end of April. |

Unit Townhouse Site in Langley (9 images) -Highpoint will
be doing both the forming and the framing of this site. Project
began in May 05 and we anticipate it completing early in the
new year. This is our 3rd project in the last two years for
this contractor.

Unit (42 images) - Sagebrook is a 163 unit townhouse site
in Langley. It is one of 3 projects which we are currently doing
for this contractor. We completed Phase one and two over the
past year and are currently working on phase three. We anticipate
completing this phase in the fall of 05. |

unit townhouse site in Ladner (5 images) - Highpoint is
just doing the forming of this project. We anticipate completion
by mid July |

2nd Phase of this project in mid Febuary and completed this
Phase in mid May. Currently we are working on the 3rd Phase
which we anticipate to be complete in mid summer. Highpoint

Unit Townhome site (18 images) - Sunridge is a 95 unit townhouse
site situated on a steep grade in Langley. Highpoint is doing
all the formwork and framing for this project. Our scope of
work began in April 04 and is progressing well. We anticipate
completion in mid March 05. |

Unit Townhome site (19 images) - Huckleberry is an 88 unit
townhome site which we started in December 2003. We completed
the 43 units of Phase 1 in March 2004. We started Phase 2 in
July of 2004 and completed these 45 units in November of 2004.

Our scope of work began in Jan.04 and completed in April 04.

Unit Townhome Site With Amenity Building
(3 galleries) - 186 Unit Townhome site complete with
amenity. Highpoint completed this 4 Phase project in October
2003, after starting it in November of 2002. They were responsible
for formwork and framing, and completed the project on time
and to the satisfaction of the client; Polygon Construction.

65 unit Townhome project began in March 2003, and was completed

Semiahmoo
House Society Building (12 images)
- Highpoint completed both the forming and framing on this project.
It has a full 12ft. basement and is a true post and beam structure.
Highpoint pre-cut and pre-drilled all the heavy timber for this
building at a remote location so it could all be weatherproofed
before assembly. This was a very intricate job and we are proud
to be part of the team that built it. Please contact us for

Shelborne (15 images) - A 70 unit
townhome site which went from start to finish in 4 months starting
April 2002, and completed by August 2002. Highpoint did both
the formwork and the framing, and exceeded all expectations
making the customer, Polygon Construction, very happy.

Steeplechase (2 phases) - This was
the second phase which consisted of 48 townhomes in Langley,
B.C. This project was started in February 2003 and completed
by June 2003. Highpoint completed both the formwork and the
framing. To increase efficiency, Highpoint completed all of
the framing off site by their own forces and trucked the walls
to the site when they were needed. This site was also completed
for Polygon Construction.
